Price for Medium account is 75.00 $USD , for upgrade to Premium from Standard account is price 165.00 $USD and for upgrade from Medium to Premium account price is 85.00 $USD. But important is , that you nod't need to upgrade account beacouse we upgrading all acounts automatically to Medium after three months and to Premium after six months.
